(A) Relationship in times of lockdown

How you stay together, make mental & emotional bonds stronger in lockdown times.

While many are talking about getting time to spend with family, it is also a reality that we never thought we’ll be spending soo much time with family and with household work of cooking, cleaning, looking after kids/ elders + office work, as suddenly WFH became the in thing, it can all be quite challenging and overwhelming.

  • From lunch with friends to preparing home cooked meal every day, every meal.
  • From water cooler chats with bestie at work to listening endlessly to your teenagers
  • From leaving office in office to finding it hard to define office & family time while working from home

As much as Lockdown can be a blessing to stay together, Lockdown can also be tough on the best and most loved relationships

  • Conflict can emerge or worsen when couples don’t have control over that definition.
  • Layoff & mental threats of layoffs also have an impact on relationships.
  • Added to WFH, learn from home for children, managing time/ space/ noises… small, minuscule things can become points of friction.

Learn from the experts ‘Sat & Siri’ on How you can continue to have a mindset of:

  • Everything will fall into place
  • Accepting is the new normal

(b) VALUE CONSCIOUS PARENTING

It’s every parent’s dream and innate wish to see their child be happy in life, every parent wants the very best for their children, yet at times their own experience and fears take over, and they end up focusing on the so-called tangible successes in life.

As a parent, check which of the following statements is true for you:

  • want my child to have a happy life
  • want my child to be healthy all through life
  • want my child to be a self-assured human
  • want my child to be respectful of self & of others
  • want my child to live up to his/her full potential
  • want my child to be able to take of self & others – mentally/ emotionally/ financially
  • want my child to be successful not just in career but also in life.

I bet you mentally said ‘yes’ to all the above statements.

Yes, it is the dream of every parent to do the very best for their children, and it can only happen when you as a parent can learn to nurture the true being of your child, if you learn how to see your child as an individual, with his/her own thoughts, own set of values, own identify. While you teach your child all the values that is of value to you, are you ready to learn how you can explore what is it that your child values, what are the values that is important to him/her.

As Kahlil Gibran said:

“Your child has come through you but not from you, and though they are with you yet they belong not to you.

You may give them your love but not your thoughts, for they have their own thoughts.”

(C) THRIVE, Not just Survive in 2020

There was never a time when the world was not a V.U.C.A. world

Wars, famines, earthquakes, revolutions … these are not the words invented in the 21st century. No matter which country/ city/ village you go-to, every land has it’s own story of disruption and evolution.

The world is changing fast, the only question you have to ask yourself is, “What are you doing to take your life in your hands?”

As Charles Darwin once said, “It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change”.

The men and women who were brave & courageous, focused and creative, flexible and optimistic are the ones who could navigate the world and their world from a sense of insecurity and loss to a promise of a better, brighter future.

Are you ready to be the one to create a shift your world!!

Learn from the Gurus ‘Sat & Siri’ about:

  • How you can respond in any way other than your current way to the external circumstances, so that you get better results?
  • Are you responding to the circumstances out of your control in a manner that you are proud of?
  • How you can take responsibility to create a life that you are happy with?
  • How can you begin to be free of living in a state of mental uncertainty, emotional turmoil and physical unrest?
  • What belief system you must adopt to shift from surviving to thriving in 2020?

Watch, observe, & learn as in the session, “Thrive, not just survive in 2020”, Sat & Siri have answered various questions raised by participants on how to Thrive, not just survive in 2020.

What participants had to say..

  • fantastic sir. just because someone gives importance to money doesn’t mean he doesn’t have wisdom
  • disassociate before serving anyone
